Greg specializes in landlord/tenant representation throughout Southern California including San Diego, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside and Imperial Counties. He has over 15 years of experience with development and expansion for major retailers and was the Real Estate Director for Longs Drugs Store in San Diego County, Orange County and the Inland Empire. Greg was also previously involved for over 6 years with commercial brokerage in San Diego County as a Retail Specialist.

Greg is currently involved with leasing and sales of approximately 1.17 Million square feet of retail land in the Southern California market. He has been active in the San Diego and Riverside marketplace assisting retailers such as Ralphs, Food 4 Less, 7-Eleven, Inc. and Einstein Noah Restaurant Group. Greg has had the privilege of working in-house for several concepts including 7-Eleven (110 stores | 70% fuel), Longs Drug Stores (40+ stores and 25+ relocations and renewals), Wendy’s International (35+ stores), Circle K Stores (40+ stores and 75 relocations and renewals).

Greg’s employment with 7Eleven and Longs Drugs Stores provided him with vast experience with the California Alcoholic Beverage Control’s process with new licenses, transfers and state lottery where he assisted in purchasing over $20 Million worth of licenses in California. Greg is currently involved in CCIM Curriculum of financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis.

He is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Major in Communications and Minor in Business Marketing. Greg enjoys off-road sports and is married with 4 children.
