Stadium project renderings downright dreamy...
The San Diego Chargers recently unveiled a rendering of yet another stadium proposal, this one for downtown. They could have their own wing at the museum, as many drawings as they have spurred. Read the whole article

Retail: Party City Corp., dba Party City, has leased 13,600 square feet of retail space at Grand Plaza, 101-197 Las Posas Road, Suite B, San Marcos, 92078, from Grand Plaza LLC. The property was leased for 120 months at $2,170,560.
The lessee was represented by Don Moser, of Retail Insite.
The lessor was represented by Bryan Cunningham and Nick Alford, of Cushman & Wakefield.
