Ron has more than 25 years’ experience in retail real estate brokerage in San Diego. Prior to founding Retail Insite, Ron was with CBRE for over 12 years where he ranked consistently in the Top 10 Western Region of the United States. He has completed over 1600 retail transaction with total consideration an excess of $1 Billion.

Ron has had the privilege of being involved in the expansion of a number of the nations most progressive retailers including Lowe’s (14 stores), Kohl’s (8 stores), Dick’s Sporting Goods (in progress), Staples (60 stores), PetSmart (13 stores) and others.

Ron develops long-term working relationships with clients. He has worked with Wells Fargo on disposition and expansion since 1987 and has completed over 200 transactions.

Ron has been actively involved with Monarch Schools for the underprivileged and San Diego ICSC. He is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate. His personal interest includes golfing, sports and an active lifestyle.
