Ryan has 5 years’ experience in retail real estate brokerage and has been an active real estate professional in Southern California for the past 15 years. He specializes in landlord / tenant representation throughout San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Imperial Counties. Ryan is currently involved with the marketing and ongoing leasing efforts of approximately 1 Million square feet of retail space.

Ryan has had the pleasure of working with a number of the most vibrant and active tenants in the Southern California market. These tenants include 7-Eleven, Kahoots Pet Supply, Great Clips, Bright Now Dental, Applebee’s, and Buffalo Wild Wings.

Ryan has also been fortunate to work with some of the most promenant landlords in Southern California, including Kimco, Pacific Castle, Cal West Real Estate, Asset Management Group and McMillin Commercial, to name a few.

Ryan has a positive approach in meeting the goals of his clients. His energy level and enthusiasm are trademark strengths.

Ryan is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and ChainLinks Retail Advisors. In his free time he enjoys the outdoors, riding offroad motorcycles, fishing, and his wife and two children.
