Founded in 1996, Retail Insite, a member of ChainLinks, is one of Southern California's recognized market leaders in retail real estate services.

Retail Insite serves its clients with an extensive scope of services, including retailer representation, land acquisition and assemblage, landlord consulting, surplus property disposition and research and mapping services.

Understanding the goals and needs of our clients and applying our market knowledge and experience allows Retail Insite to deliver results. These results have resulted in long term relationships with our clients that are the testimony of success.

The founding partners (Don Moser and Ron Pepper) have extensive experience in major retailer representation, shopping center leasing development and repositioning retail properties to enhance their value. While leading brokers at CB Richard Ellis, Don and Ron were consistently in the top 10 nationwide for all retail brokers. Don and Ron have completed over 2,000 transactions ranging from small shop deals to institutional investment sales.

In 2002, Jeff Drew joined the Retail Insite team. Prior to joining Retail Insite Jeff spent over seven years at Epsteen & Associates where he represented national and regional retailers and restaurants and over twelve years in shopping center development, leasing and management.

Catherine Gauthier joined Retail Insite in 2005 and coordinates all of our mapping, aerials and computer needs.

In 2006, our company grew substantially, and our team increased to continue to meet the needs of our clients. Carie Starke and Roseann Crowe joined Retail Insite and manage the office, coordinating all administrative functions along with word processing. Matt Moser was added to the sales staff, followed by Ryan Rogers in early 2007.

In 2002, Retail Insite was selected to become a part of ChainLinks Retail Advisors. ChainLinks consists of the best independent brokerage companies in 43 offices across the United States. This association provides national marketing identity and national information sources of retail activity. Don Moser served on the Board of Directors of ChainLinks.

Don Moser	Founded Retail Insite in 1996.
	Actively involved in the disposition of 65 Wells Fargo Bank branches, the expansion of major retailers including Lowe's (164,000 S.F.), Barnes & Noble (25,000 S.F.), Chick-fil-A, Boston Market (27 stores), The TJX Companies, Carmax, Life Time Fitness and others.
	Over fourteen years with CB Richard Ellis, Inc., as Retail Specialist earning the title of First Vice President and ranked in the Top 10 nationwide for CBRE during tenure there.
	Actively involved in over 1,000 retail transactions with total consideration in excess of $700 million.
	Leader of a retail team in San Diego County marketing over 4 million square feet of retail space consisting of 65 different shopping centers.
	Board of Director for ChainLinks Retail Advisors / Board of Director, Santa Fe Christian Schools / Board of Director, Impact Urban America.
	Graduate of University of San Diego, Business Administration.

Ron Pepper	Founded Retail Insite with Don Moser in 1996.
	Average 60-75 completed deals annually throughout 20+ year career.
	Worked at CB Richard Ellis over 12 years. Was consistently in the Top 10 Western Region of the U.S.
	Involved in excess of 1,000 transactions with total consideration excess of $750 million.
	Member of ChainLinks.
	Strengths include long term working relationships with the same clients for years. Some examples: Wells Fargo-since 1987, over 200 transactions; Staples-since 1990, over 60 transactions.
	Currently works with over 20 national retailers including Lowe's, Staples, Wells Fargo Bank, PETsMART, Pier 1 Imports, Wild Oats/Henry's, Circuit City, Applebee's, Ulta Cosmetics, Century Theatres, Panera Bread, and many others.
	Graduate of San Diego State University, Business/Real Estate.

	Actively involved in the negotiation of over 15 Blockbuster video transactions, over 20 Rubio's Baja Grill transactions and the expansion of Golfsmith (25,000 SF), Old Navy (20,000 SF), Tweeters (12,000 SF) and others.
	Over seven years with Epsteen and Associates specializing in retail tenant representation in the position of Senior Associate.
	Actively involved in over 200 retail transactions with a total consideration in excess of $100 million.
	Over ten years with Environs West Development involved in the acquisition, planning, construction, leasing, management and sales of retail shopping centers. Completed approximately 15 retail projects.

Ryan Rogers	Active in the San Diego real estate market since 1997. Joined Retail Insite in 2007.
	Specializing in landlord and tenant representation throughout San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Imperial Counties.
	Currently involved with the strategy and roll-out of Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market in Riverside County.
	Spearheading the national roll-out for Submarina California Subs with over twelve major markets secured to date across the country.
	Active tenants include Sombrero Mexican Food, Kahoots Pet Supply, Rack Room Shoes, Applebee’s, Great Clips, Games Workshop, Nubi Yogurt, ONO Hawaiian BBQ, and Submarina California Subs.
	Currently involved with the leasing of approximately 1 million square feet of retail space in San Diego and Riverside Counties.
	Active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and of ChainLinks Retail Advisors.
